All You Knit is Love – Mass Knit-in
As part of Refugee Week 2016

Saturday 18th June 2016
The Pineapple Pub, Kentish Town, London

As part of Refugee Week 2016, and after our first Mass Knit-In was a great success in February, we're excited to announce that we are holding our second Mass Knit-in event! We are looking for knitters to help us knit as many squares as we can to create much-needed blankets for refugee families living in camps across Europe and the Middle East.

Show some love and join us for an afternoon of knitting solidarity and wool-based delights.

Date:
Saturday 18th June 2016

Time:
12pm – 3:00pm

Location:
The Pineapple Pub, 51 Leverton St, London NW5 2NX

Price:
£10 – Entry, knitting patterns, bring-your-own yarn and needles.

£30 – Entry, All You Knit is Love knit kit including everything you need to knit chunky squares to donate: 15mm knitting needles, one ball of Crazy Sexy Wool by Wool and the Gang and knitting pattern. Plus an additional free Le Bon beanie knitting pattern!

At the event you can expect:

  • Hands-on help for newbies wanting to learn to knit for the first time or polish their skills.

  • Lots of fun woolly goodies on sale, including unique knit kits, wool-themed greetings cards and raffle prizes.

  • A great way to be part of a unique knitting event where you'll meet like-minded people

  • And much more..!

Thai lunch menus (we've tasted it and it's YUM) and cold drinks menus will be available.

This event is sponsored by Wool and the Gang.
In addition to the knitted donations, all proceeds will help to raise funds for the work we do with refugees across Europe and the Middle East, as well as resettled refugees in the UK.
